It deal with powers and functions of president of India, work of attorney general of india, impeachment of president among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The President and Vice President<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Council of Ministers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attorney General of India<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct of Government Business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"parliament-of-india\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctetmocktesting.com\/tet\/constitution-of-india#headingFive\">The Parliament<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The Executive section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains <strong>article 79 &#8211; article 122. <\/strong>The articles in this section deal with disqualification of member of parliament, speaker and deputy speaker of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, etc. Some of the subjects under this section are :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Officers of Parliament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disqualifications of Members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and its Members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legislative Procedure -&gt; Provisions as to introduction and passing of Bills, Joint sitting of both Houses in certain cases, Definition of \u201cMoney Bills\u201d, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ordinance-making-power-of-president\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctetmocktesting.com\/tet\/constitution-of-india#headingFive\">Legislative Power of the President<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; The Legislative Power of the President section on part 5 of of the constitution India contains <strong>article<\/strong> <strong>123<\/strong>.
