AGE RELAXATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Maximum relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:<\/p>\n\n\n\n S.No. | Category of Persons | Extent of age relaxation \/concession<\/p>\n\n\n\n (a) Scheduled Caste Or Scheduled Tribe 5 years<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n (c) Women (All Category) for teaching posts only except for the post of Principal & Vice Principal 10 years<\/b> (d) KVS Employees No age bar<\/b> (e) Candidates with 3 years continuous service in Central Govt. provided the posts are in same or allied cadres (An applicant claiming age relaxation under this para should produce a certificate from his\/her employer to the effect that he\/she is a Government Servant as on the date of Advertisement.) 5 years for General 10 years for SC\/ST 08 years for OBC<\/b> (f) Persons ordinarily domiciled in State of Jammu & Kashmir during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 5 years<\/b> (g) Persons with disabilities (including women) (i) SC\/ST 15 years<\/b> 2. Ex-Servicemen (OBC) (For Group-A posts only) 08 years (03 years + O5 years)<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Ex-Servicemen (SC\/ST) (For Group-A posts only) 10 years (05 years + 05 years)<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n (i) 1. Ex-Servicemen (General) (For Group-B posts only) 03 Years<\/b> after deduction of the Military Service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date for receipt of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Ex-Servicemen (OBC) (For Group-B posts only) 06 years (03 years + 03 years)<\/b> after deduction of the Military Service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date for receipt of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. Ex-Servicemen (SC\/ST) (For Group-B posts only) 08 years (03 years + 05 years)<\/b> after deduction of the Military Service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date for receipt of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n i) All the concessions mentioned above will be concurrent ie. If a person is eligible for more than one concession, only one of the concessions of the highest permissible limit, will be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Further, for group \u2018A\u2019 posts, Ex-servicemen and Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers or Short Service Commissioned Officers who have rendered at least five years military service and have been released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n i) On completion of assignment (including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n ii) On account of physical disability attributable to military service or on invalidment shall be allowed maximum relaxation of five years in the upper age limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For groups \u2018B\u2019 and \u2018C\u2019 posts, Ex-servicemen who has put in not less than six months continuous service in Armed Forces (Army, Navy and Air Force) shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his\/her actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed maximum age limit prescribed for the post by more than three years he\/she shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government\/State Government in Group \u2018C\u2019 posts on regular basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to ex-servicemen for their re-employment are NOT eligible for the benefit of reservation and fee concession. <\/p>\n\n\n\n However, if an ex-serviceman applies for various vacancies before joining any civil employment, he\/she can avail of the benefit of reservation as ex-serviceman for subsequent employment, if he\/she immediately, after joining civil employment, gives self-declaration\/undertaking to the concerned employer about the date-wise details of application for various vacancies for which he\/she had applied for before joining the initial civil employment as mentioned in the OM No. 36034\/1\/2074-Estt(Res) dated 14.08.2014 issued by DoPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Age Relaxation in KVS | Age Relaxation in SSC | Age Limit for UPSC | Central Governement Jobs Age limit Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Age Relaxation AGE RELAXATION The Maximum relaxation in upper age limit will be as under: S.No. | Category of Persons | Extent of age relaxation \/concession (a) Scheduled Caste Or Scheduled Tribe<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1650","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-info"],"yoast_head":"\n
